s-aeg

I would like to buy a used Begadi S-aeg and convert it to a normal (full auto capable) aeg. I am NOT a German, I do not live or play there. I would remove the F marking. So this is legal... Question is: is it only the MOSFET I would need to change? Would like to talk to people who have done...
