Hi everyone,

I recently bought a brand new Glock 17 Gen3 GBB (GHK/Umarex), and I’m having problems straight out of the box. The pistol doesn't fire at all — when I pull the trigger, nothing happens. However, I do notice that in some tries, gas escapes from the magazine when I try, so it seems like something is releasing the gas, but without any actual shot being fired.

I’m not sure if the issue is with the magazine or the pistol itself. Since it's completely new, I haven’t done any modifications or taken it apart.

Does anyone know a reliable shop or technician (preferably in Bregen op Zoom or Roosendaal) who could help me diagnose or fix the issue? Or has anyone experienced something similar with this model?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I already tried contacting seller support, but I was completely ignored — though that's a story for another thread.

Thanks in advance!

cant help you with it because Glock 17 that will not shoot gives me 0 to go from bring it back and and just buy a umarex glock 17 CO2 there alot cheaper and are just as good

Just some quick questions to start:
- Is this a completely new GBB Pistol? Or was it bought second hand?
- Which green gas are you using? At what temprature?
- Did you fill the magazine correctly? Please check this short video to check if you are filling the good way.
- Are you using a new bottle of Green Gas or a old, used one?

It's a bit wierd to have a GBB pistol fail after buying, so let's see what we can do.

Oh, and I'm quite interrested what's happening around the seller support. Might help a bit with solving this issue.

- Yes, the gun was sold as new
- Nuprol NP 2.0 Premium Green Gas, I used it at room temperature
- Yes, I watched the video and did it correctly. To be sure, I tried again — still nothing
- I’m using a brand-new canister straight from the store

I can also add that after inserting the magazine and trying to fire, the trigger doesn’t go all the way back and there’s no click. I’m not exactly sure how to describe it properly, but it seems like the trigger isn’t functioning correctly. This also happens when dry firing without the magazine — it doesn’t always click or stay fully pressed.

As for customer service, I can only say that it was responsive up to a certain point, but then the communication stopped. Despite sending messages in the chat asking for any kind of update, I never received a response. The customer support itself wasn’t sure what the issue might be, so we agreed on a return. I’m still waiting for the return shipping label from the courier to send the package back. I’d like to note that this all happened over a year ago. I'm now getting back into the hobby after a long break and thought it was time to get it repaired."

PS
Sorry for the spelling mistakes.
